Regular Existing Patient Re-Evaluation & Treatment - $125.00
For existing Chiropractic patients who's last office visit was over 1 year and/or you are experiencing a new issue that will require more allotted to time to properly assess. Please book this appointment for extra time to review your case.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a $25 cancellation fee, we kindly request a 24 hour courtesy notification for all cancellations or reschedules to allow other patients in need of care access to available treatment times. A $25 fee will be charged to any patient that does not follow the 24 hour cancellation policy. Furthermore, we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary.
