Getting injured in a sport doesn’t mean surgery, or that you are out for the season. Recovering from sprain/strains can be expedited with well-rounded functional rehabilitative care. It is important to see an injury from start to finish. Being pain free is great, but it does not mean your moving as clean or as precise as before the injury. Proper manual care, nutrition, and corrective exercise can make or break an athlete’s return to play.
