Our mission is simple: Provide high caliber chiropractic care to help our patients reach and exceed their health goals. We want to not only get our patients out of pain, but also improve their function. We do this by offering an evidence-based based approach to chiropractic care, utilizing chiropractic manipulation, soft-tissues techniques, therapeutic rehabilitation, dry needling and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization.

JUDI MACA I am a Colorado native and grew up in old North Denver. I was employed in the oil & gas industry for thirty-two years, retiring in 2014. I love our beautiful state and totally feel at home here at Colorado Spine & Joint Center. I learn something new every day and, being a true people person, enjoy meeting new people and having the opportunity to interact with them regarding their Chiropractic needs. Outside of work, I am busy with my ladies social group that meets 3 times a month. We enjoy our book club, dining out, games and exploring the cities we live in. For relaxation, I love to read or paint. I also started a small in-home business scanning and digitizing photos, slides or film and that has been very gratifying and enjoyable. I live with my daughter, her husband and my four grandchildren, each of whom is very special to me.

HOW WE TREAT

Motion Palpation Institute is our foundation for chiropractic adjustments and manipulations, using evidence-based techniques for the assessments and treatments.

Soft tissue therapies, including ART and FAKTR, utilize hands on tissue manipulation. These therapies use patient motion in order to make the treatment more functional and effective.

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization: The principles of DNS originate in Prague and are effective in stabilizing and rehabilitating the human body. They utilize developmental positions to relearn simple movements.

McKenzie Method a gold standard for disc-type symptoms

Nutrition counseling, focused on an anti-inflammatory life style. Breaking down the myths surrounding common diets and simplifying nutrition.

Kinesiology taping uses tape that moves with your body to create longer lasting treatments, promote healing, and help with pain management.

Dry needling, similar to acupuncture, but using local treatment sites. The needles abolish trigger points, calm down muscles, and reduce pain.

During your visit, we’ll discuss your pain symptoms and develop your specific treatment plan based on your chiropractic needs, thus enabling you to understand your condition and take an active role in living a pain-free lifestyle!
